Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport (Manor Royal) hotel

The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The standard room was very clean, spacious and modern. Parking is a bit steep at £15 / night compared to other local Premier Inns that offer free parking.

Great location for working in the area. Nice hotel and very clean. Staff were amazing, especially Sofia who went out of her way to help. Definitely made the stay enjoyable.

This is a shout out to Stephen who made my stay truly memorable from the very first evening I arrived. He is incredibly knowledgeable, highly professional, always polite and very friendly. His customer service skills are outstanding and he consistently goes the extra mile. His attention to detail, patience, and willingness to help made a real difference to my stay and exceeded all expectations. Stephen should definitely be recognised for his hard work with a promotion if he wants it and a well-deserved pay rise.

Stayed in this hotel along with our daughter who was there for aviation training. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The rooms was spacious, clean and fresh, the beds extremely comfortable and nice that two extra pillows are provided in the room. Our room was on the 1st floor and very quiet. We ate in the restaurant which was very pleasant ,relaxed atmosphere. We was warmly welcomed and given a choice of tables to choose from. I really wanted to mention the outstanding service from SOFIA the lovely waitress , what a wonderful lady..she is a huge asset to this hotel, her friendly warm manner and knowledge really did shine , we've not recieved such attentive care in a restaurant in a long time. This lady is a gem and deserves recognition for her hard work and positive representation for this hotel. We will be returning and look forward to seeing Sofia again. We also had breakfast, which was all very hot , fresh and delicious. Plenty of choice and nothing was to much trouble. Again the breakfast morning staff was also very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Honestly couldn't fault this hotel. One little thing I would have expected to find all rooms to have a mini fridge there is clearly a empty gap for one , but seems only the plus rooms have them. This is a shame , and should be looked into. But all In all great hotel , made even more special by the great team of staff. Thank-you

This Premier inn is excellent. Nice clean rooms, good food, helpful staff and the number 100 bus to the airport terminals stops outside. We had a booking issue on arrival and Katy, the hotel manager sorted it out for us. Our evening meal server was Monika, who was extremely professional and pleasant. We will most certainly return to this hotel again.

This hotel is a regular stay for me due to work. It’s relatively newly refurbished and the staff are lovely. I’m usually welcomed with a big smile and superb hospitality, especially from Monika. The food menu has recently greatly improved which means I now eat here every week too. Sea bass is my current favourite. They also have a small gym you will need to ask for a key for. Great branch hotel of Premier Inn - AKA purple palace.

The high standard of quality is consistent across the board, making every visit truly enjoyable. ​The rooms are impeccably clean, and the overall level of customer service provided by both the women and men on staff is outstanding. The food is good, and the restaurant service is always fast and efficient, which is a huge plus, especially during busy times. ​A special and well-deserved praise must go to the restaurant waitresses, who elevate the entire dining experience. Monika deserves particular recognition for her highly professional yet wonderfully friendly approach. I always make a point to stop for a quick chat with her, as her welcoming demeanour makes you feel instantly at home. ​Additionally, Magda and Anna provide excellent professional service, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Huge thanks also go to Ashley for her passionate and cheerful approach—her energy is infectious. ​The team here clearly takes pride in their work, and their dedication shines through. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for clean accommodation and truly high-quality, friendly service.

Stayed at this hotel a few times due to early departures/ late night landings. It is exactly what you can expect from a Premier Inn hotel and I've never had any problems. Rooms were clean and beds were super comfortable, as always. Breakfast is also very good with a variety of hot and cold options.
